sell4less  will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order. 

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Please ensure that there will be someone available at the address to receive your products. Our shipping partners, FedEx and USPS, make three attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address during these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest FedEx or USPS facility, and in such cases, it will be necessary for the recipient to collect the package from the respective courier facility within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to collect the order, following the standard procedure of the respective courier service, the package will be returned to the sender. Re-sending the product will require the payment of a new shipping fee.

All details related to delivery attempts and the address of the FedEx or USPS facility for package pickup in case of absence can be found in the order tracking. You can track your order on the respective courier's website using the provided tracking code from our store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

sell4less is  not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will have to pay a new shipping fee to send the product back.

PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed and payment goes through our system, the next steps are: picking, packaging and shipping. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 days.

You will receive the tracking code in the email registered when purchasing within 5 business days after processing your order.

DEADLINE

Delivery time is estimated at 7 to 15 business days after the order has been dispatched.

However, adverse factors such as delays in clearance from the IRS, postal strike, impossibility of delivery due to weather factors or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days to product delivery.

However, the maximum guarantee period is 30 days.

The products are typically delivered by our designated courier service (e.g., FedEx, USPS) for most cases. However, under certain circumstances, such as an absent recipient, delivery restrictions in a particular region, or an incorrect address, customers may need to pick up the product at the nearest branch of the designated courier.

In case of an incorrectly filled address, the product might be returned to the sender. We strongly emphasize the importance of accuracy when providing the delivery address. If an addressing error leads to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer assumes responsibility.

Our designated courier service (e.g., FedEx, USPS) makes three delivery attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be available for collection at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Any and all imports are subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes. If you incur any additional charges for your order, we are responsible for these fees. Contact us within 48 hours, informing the amount paid to the designated courier (e.g., FedEx, USPS) and attaching a copy of the taxation document. We will then get in touch with you to reimburse the amounts paid.
